The Team & Mission

The AI & Data team at Walbrydge builds enterprise-grade product capabilities that support scalable SaaS platforms, secure digital systems, and modern business operations across global markets. This role contributes directly to product quality, platform reliability, and long-term technology value.

What You Will Do

• Design and deliver product-grade capabilities for Walbrydge enterprise SaaS platforms in the AI & Data function.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, cloud, data, security, and design teams to deliver reliable business outcomes.
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical execution with strong ownership and delivery discipline.
• Build secure, maintainable, and high-performance systems aligned with modern enterprise standards.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, implementation planning, quality practices, and operational readiness.
• Improve automation, observability, reliability, and documentation across assigned workstreams.
• Participate in agile planning, sprint execution, demos, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Support production-quality delivery with focus on long-term maintainability and measurable impact.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• Relevant professional experience aligned with the Data Platform Engineer role and 0-2 Years experience level.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software product development, cloud-enabled systems, and scalable architecture.
• Ability to work in structured agile environments with accountability, clarity, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with the core tools, frameworks, or platforms required for this role.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions and delivery risks clearly.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in product-focused engineering environments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working on SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or multi-tenant systems.
• Exposure to AI-enabled development, automation tools, or intelligent product workflows.
• Experience with distributed teams across USA and India.
• Understanding of security-by-design, compliance readiness, and production reliability practices.
• Prior experience in high-growth product engineering or platform modernization environments.

30-60-90 Day Ownership

• First 30 days: Understand product context, team standards, architecture, and delivery expectations.
• First 60 days: Own defined workstreams, contribute to implementation quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• First 90 days: Deliver measurable outcomes, improve execution maturity, and contribute to scalable product development.
